Nikki Gephart is in her sixth year of teaching teaching Mathematics and STEAM at Tussey Mountain, and her fifth year as site coordinator of the district's After 3 program. Ms. Gephart has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Allegheny College and secondary certification from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

 

She is married and has two children and in her free time enjoys boating at Lake Raystown.

 

She likes having the chance in the After 3 program to explore the "outside of the school day" activities and curriculum with students. She believes the program provides students with opportunities to build positive, meaningful relationships with each other and adults.

 

The program's instructional assistant is Kelly Rhoat.

 

Tutors working in the program include Eva Beth Sichko, mathematics instructor, second year tutor; Hattie White, an English teacher, also in her second year at After 3; Jennifer May a grade 5 instructor, a second year tutor; Doug Ebersole - grade 5 science/learning support, has tutored for more than four years and Anthony Beveridge, a mathematics teacher, in his first year tutoring.
